I’m pleased to share some exciting news—Frank Pedota has been promoted to Vice President of Engineering.
Frank began his journey with Chicago Blower in 2006, joining us straight out of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Engineering. Over the years, Frank has held a variety of roles that have given him deep insight into our business and positioned him for continued leadership.
He started as a member of our Inside Sales – HDX group, and within a year, was promoted to Product Manager of General Products. Driven by his passion for product development, customer engagement, and mentoring others, Frank went on to become Inside Sales Manager while continuing his involvement in product management.
After a decade of exceptional performance, Frank was promoted to Assistant Chief Engineer, and shortly thereafter to Chief Engineer. In that role, Frank has consistently demonstrated outstanding engineering judgment, leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence. His influence has extended beyond engineering, frequently supporting other departments through training, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Frank’s dedication, broad expertise, and leadership make this promotion well-deserved. Please join me in congratulating Frank on this significant and well-earned achievement.
